Talent Manager Manager: Here, we’re all about business. And that means numbers. No time for things like morals, artistic integrity, and forming human connections.

Talent Manager Manager: This is cutthroat business in a saturated, hypercompetitive market. Every time you stream, we need you to reach our Viewer Goal by any means necessary. 

Talent Manager Manager: If you don’t reach that goal, you’re fired. Not my call, it’s upper management’s policy.

Talent Manager Manager: Honestly, you should just give up now. It’s not like you’ll reach these insane goals anyway.

Talent Manager Manager: But don’t kill yourself. Or talk about suicide or self harm. That wouldn’t be advertiser friendly, and nothing matters more than that sweet, sweet ad revenue.

Talent Manager Manager: And don’t think about quitting, either. You still owe us for the model we’ve provided for your first Talent.

Talent Manager Manager: When you’re ready, click the Stream icon on the desktop and I’ll walk you through your first stream.

• Before you stream, check out the Shop
  • Here you can buy Talents. Buying a Talent adds them to your Bench (see the Stream window).
  • Each Talent has a unique Talent Ability. Mouse over them to see what it does.
  • If you want to buy more Talents or see different ones, click the Restock button to reroll the current set of Talents (for a price)
  • Pay attention to Inflation, which increases multiplicatively each day!
• Click Stream to open the KBS window
  • This window controls which Talents are active during a Stream and what Abilities they will use.
  • You start with one random Talent.
  • If you have two of the same Talent (check the Shop), you can merge them to gain XP and level up.
    • Leveling up gives Max Stamina and an Ability Slot!
    • Talents start with no Ability Slots
  •  Talents in the Stream Preview will be active during Stream. Talents on the Bench will not be active.
  • Pay attention to the Viewer Goal. You must reach at least this many Viewers during Stream or you will be fired.
  • Abilities
    • After each stream, you will be given a choice of 3 Abilities. Mouse over them to find out what they do.
    • Cooldown: The time it takes for a talent to use the Ability
    • Once chosen, abilities are added to your Inventory.
    • Drag an ability to a Talent's Ability Slot, and they will use it during stream.
  • When you're ready, click Start Streaming to start the Stream!
• Recycle Bin
  • If you don't have enough money to afford something from the Shop, you can recycle Talents and Abilities by dragging them to the Recycle Bin.
    • Note the Recycle Value when mousing over them
  • The Recycle Value goes up with Inflation

• During Stream
  • Pay attention to your numbers!
    • Views
      • The amount of people who have clicked on the stream, but are not necessarily viewing it right now
    • Views/sec
      • The number of Views you are gaining per second.
      • This starts at 10 each stream.
    • Viewer Retention (VR)
      • Percentage of Views that become Viewers
    • Viewers
      • The amount of people currently watching the stream.
    • Viewer Goal
      • The number of Viewers that management wants you to reach
      • When you meet the Viewer Goal, you are given a $5 Performance Bonus.
      • Meeting the Viewer Goal multiple times over grants you multiple Performance Bonuses.
    • Subscription Rate (SR)
      • Percentage of new Viewers that become Subscribers
    • Subscribers
      • Subscribers influence the effectiveness of certain Abilities
      • Subscribers are carried over between Streams
    • Membership Rate (MR)
      • Percentage of new Subscribers that become Members
    • Members
      • Members give you $1.00 per Member, per Stream
  • Talents
    • During a Stream, your talents use the abilities they have to make numbers go up.
    • The Stream's length is limited by your Talents' Stamina. Stamina drains at a rate of -1 per second, and the drain increases over time.
